Process Engineer - Plastics Manufacturing - Base Salary to 105k/year - Gainesville, GA

• Our client is a family owned plastics injection molding manufacturer making various automotive components. The team is looking to add an additional Process Engineer to the company.
• The Process Engineer will assist in development for new mold trials, process improvements, design reviews, optimizing cycle times, and performing moldability & capability studies as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Define process parameters and ensure adherence
• Create and improve work instructions
• Develop automation concepts and support development for new projects
• Maintains process & mold setup sheets
• Troubleshoot injection molding machines and robots as needed

Qualifications:

• Engineer Degree or related degree
• 3+ years in the plastics industry as a Process Engineer
• Robust background in automation
• Hands on experience working on Injection Molding machines
• Troubleshooting robots and EOAT is a plus
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints/drawings
• Familiarity with automotive industry related standards

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 105k/year plus comprehensive benefits package.
• Company will also assist with relocation to Gainesville/surrounding area.
