Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, evaluation, and improvement of manufacturing systems by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
- Design, install, and commission new production units, monitor modifications and upgrades, and troubleshoot existing processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in continuous improvement, particularly with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, is highly valued.
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving is essential, and familiarity with TPM and other continuous improvement frameworks is a strong plus.
