Job Description
Core Process Competencies:
Analyze work flows within and across all support groups to determine how the support structure can work better together
Review the KPI monitoring systems and determine ways to improve their ability to maintain & excel support operations
Create an analytical process that justifies business decisions
Analyze capital expenditures and project designs to help find ways to cut costs
Maintain an updated outlook on all associated business costs and deliver a quarterly report on pertinent industry trends to the management team
Impeccable math and statistical analysis skills
Must be comfortable with integrating new technology into an existing business environment
Performing business process analysis across large programs with support to project management
Developing and applying best practices to guide service portfolio and catalog offerings for large ITSM programs
Performing Data analysis and reporting for data enrichment in support of Service Portfolios
Support to change control boards, governance, and working groups
Portfolio assessments and prioritization of projects associated with roadmap
Risk Management Planning associated with the project portfolio
Experience with Demand/Availability management, capacity management, data management
Working knowledge of IT DevOPs service planning
Experience in Service Design, Transition and overall Service Management in all aspects of the ITIL Service Management lifecycle
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
