We are seeking a driven and talented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes, with a focus on medical device manufacturing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, is passionate about improving efficiency, and has a strong background in manufacturing and medical devices.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
2. Design and implement equipment and processes for manufacturing medical devices.
3. Ensure that all manufacturing procedures comply with industry standards and regulations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues.
5. Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
6. Lead process validation activities including risk assessment, process design, operational and performance qualification.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
8. Train and guide team members on new processes and equipment.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies and medical devices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on medical device manufacturing.
3. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and regulations.
4. Proven experience in process development and optimization, problem-solving, and project management.
5. Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
7. Proficiency in using process simulation software and other relevant tools.
8. Certified in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies would be a plus.
9. Familiarity with FDA regulations related to medical device manufacturing.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
11. Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
