Client Overview:
Our Client is an advanced technology company focused on the development of environmentally responsible methods of extracting Critical Minerals. The company has developed a number of patented technologies which allows for commercial scale of Critical Mineral production in just 18 months, utilizing green processes that do not involve chemicals and recycle 94% of water used.
Role Description:
The Application Process Engineer is a full-time role located in the DFW area with domestic travel. The Application Process Engineer will be responsible for applying Our Client’s technologies in both new and existing projects and for providing technical support for both operations and design. The Application Process Engineer will collaborate with teams on site, labs, vendors and internal stakeholders
This role reports to the Director of Engineering for Our Client.
Key Activities:

- Our Client’s Operations:
- Work alongside field team to document and organize operating data
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and develop solutions and alternatives
- Apply critical thinking to increase efficiency and to optimize Our Client’s technology while working with third party engineers and labs to implement changes and improvements.
- Compile and update specifications.
- Provide Techno-Commercial support for sales activity:
- Assist in cost estimations for new opportunities.
- Support proposal preparation submittals and layouts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must Have:
- Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Master’s Degree (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering)a Plus
- +2 years engineering experience with either an EPCM or Operating Company
- Background in water treatment / water handling
Nice to Have:
- Reverse Osmosis experience
- Package Engineering experience
- Background in critical minerals
- Familiarity with Bulk Media Beds
- Familiarity with Mass Balance Modeling
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate clear and concise results

Compensation:
Base Salary: $120K--$150K DOE; Exceptional Benefits; PTO; Some relocation assistance provided for the right candidate
