Responsibilities:
- Analyze current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement new processes, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and challenges, and develop solutions to address these.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes, making adjustments as necessary.
- Train and mentor staff on new processes and systems, ensuring they are effectively adopted.
- Comply with all industry regulations and standards in the development and implementation of processes.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest process engineering techniques and technologies, and apply these to our operations where appropriate.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources effectively.
- Create and present reports on process performance, providing recommendations for further improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the dairy or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience in process improvement and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes to non-technical staff.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Proficient in the use of process modeling and analysis tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop solutions.
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop, staying up-to-date with the latest process engineering techniques and technologies.
