Must be able to complete Form I-9 upon hire.Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance productivity by assessing and verifying pilot line production conditions.
- Manage schedules for integrating new models into production.
- Develop comprehensive production processes and establish standards for influencing factors (4M).
- Validate process standards through reliability testing and ensure accurate registration in the PLM system.
- Implement changes in unit processes and update relevant systems efficiently.
Performance Enhancement
- Continuously monitor equipment efficiency and yield rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to pinpoint defects, uncover root causes, and implement corrective measures.
- Resolve process, quality, and equipment issues by devising innovative solutions.
- Apply statistical methods for quality control and regularly review SPC management and Cpk standards.
- Optimize resource allocation to maintain quality and yield while minimizing costs.
- Provide expert technical support to align production with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Assess the impact of process changes on quality during production speed enhancements.
Quality and Defect Management
- Investigate and propose solutions for persistent defects and process inefficiencies.
- Address non-conformities in semi-products and ensure cell reliability.
- Prepare for and respond to customer audits and ISO/IATF certifications.
- Advise on the development and optimization of production-related IT systems and data verification tools.
- Evaluate quality reliability when changes occur in the 4M process.
Innovative Process Development
- Plan and oversee budgets for new process investments.
- Design and implement new processes, providing comprehensive documentation and operational guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Materials Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in process technology and development is advantageous.
- Certifications in Six Sigma and IATF are beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and adept at data analysis.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Minitab, or similar software tools.
