Location: McCalla, AL (Central Time Zone)
Compensation: $75K–$85K (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
Overtime: Qualifies for straight time OT after 45 hours/week

Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Develop, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes for injection molding to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on support for process development, including mold changes, cycle time optimization, and parameter adjustments.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to automotive standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Training: Train operators and technicians on new processes, equipment, and best practices.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all processes meet safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience:
- Required: At least 2+ years of experience in injection molding processes.
- Preferred: Automotive manufacturing experience.
- Skills:
- Proficient in process troubleshooting and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with injection molding equipment and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, JIT production environments, and KPI-driven performance.
