We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Scientific industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to achieve operational efficiency and product quality. This role requires a professional who is adept at managing projects, using Lean Manufacturing principles, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing Engineering and Process Optimization, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and monitor industrial processes and workflows, aiming for efficiency and quality.
2. Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.
3. Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across all levels of the organization, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
4. Use AutoCAD to design and optimize production layouts and systems.
5. Manage complex projects from conception to completion, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery.
6. Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
7. Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.
8. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures to ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations.
9. Train and mentor staff on new processes and equipment, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Process Engineering, preferably in the Scientific industry.
3. Proven experience in Project Management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
4. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
5. Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering and Process Optimization.
6. Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
9. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
10. Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related field would be an advantage.
