Process Engineer at Micro Tech

Responsibilities:

• Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with equipment vendors
• Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Assist the operations team with process and equipment troubleshooting
• Works with all levels of the organization to identify and implement process improvements, find process interactions and dependencies.
• Optimize manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, facility layouts, and production lines.
• Support all safety and regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical) BS
• AutoCAD Experience preferred.
• 4-5 years managing projects.
• 4-5 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering
• Engineering packaging experience preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
