Role
As a Process Engineer (also known as Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Control Engineer), you'll optimize manufacturing processes, ensure top-notch quality control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. You'll also analyze data, identify root causes of issues, and apply lean manufacturing principles. This is a hands-on role with 75-80% of work performed on the manufacturing floor.

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Chemistry or Process Technology.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in twin-screw extrusion of engineered thermoplastics with PA6 and PA66.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English (Spanish is a plus), high-level operations analysis skills, expertise in quality control data analysis, familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, and experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
