Summary
SITEC seeks a full time (Contract requires 1880 hours of support per year with work performed at the customer location) Mission Management Process Engineer to provide process improvement (PI), engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively improve and align Enterprise-level processes. The selected applicant will facilitate project teams in accomplishing project activities and objectives; and coordinate the transfer of new processes and practices to project teams by providing group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. The PE will also act as the key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure Enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop the plans for process assessments, both informal and formal 
- Work closely with the project team to determine organizational readiness for assessment as well as in conducting assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule process assessments. 
- Lead Assessment teams in conducting both formal and informal assessments. 
- Analyze assessment results to make improvement recommendations. 
- Lead Process Improvement effort utilizing CMM/CMI or other similar process models.
- Assess Process Improvement best practices. 
- Ensure processes are established and documented to support the application and institutionalization of sound systems engineering discipline and continuous process improvement.
- Familiarity with collection and processing to include dataflow, analysis, report production, and customer feedback is a plus.
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment and customer workflow.
- Position requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Requirements
Ten (10) years' experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. 
Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years' experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices. 
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required. 
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio and Python based Lab Bench/Jupiter notebooks.
