POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating, maintaining, and improving our documentation processes to support our operations to ensure better training for our people and provide our customers with quality and consistent interactions with IOME's Teams.

Responsibilities
- Gather information from subject matter experts to document processes and procedures
- Edit videos, screen captures, and written documentation to create clear and concise instructional materials
- Create written documents, including operating procedures for varying levels of experience
- Maintain and organize our asset library for easy access and retrieval
- Update and carry out our process documentation roadmap in alignment with company goals
- Review and improve existing documentation for accuracy and clarity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets quality standards
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Video editing experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curious mentality and desire to learn new things
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Experience in technical writing or documentation preferred

Location and Travel
This position is based in our office in Pekin, Illinois. Some travel may be required, and a company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- $20-$25 per hour, based on experience
- Access to a company vehicle for work-related travel
