Responsibilities:
- Looking for a highly qualified and accomplished Problem Manager to join the Application Production Services (client) team focusing on a cross LOB initiative for adoption of a batch transformation solution and application stability
- Responsible for activities and execution of a problem management program to achieve application health, improve SLA compliance, and overall stability
- Coordination of problem process within an ITIL framework, tracking milestones for problem root cause and remediation, and adherence to standards
- Opportunity to participate in a large-scale project to improve Batch and SLA Management across Application Production Services (client) organizations
- Work across multiple teams to evaluating existing processes and technologies and then working with a team of experts to execute improvements
Requirements:
- Strong track record of problem management both process and execution in a large volume financial company and environment
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong technical skills and diverse background in application infrastructure technologies and batch support (databases, job schedulers, Unix, windows, Splunk)
- ITIL framework and execution
- Working knowledge or ITSM or equivalent
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of delivering improvements through successful process execution
- Experience managing distributed batch systems
- Engineering mindset and passionate about simplifying and improving existing processes and technologies
Pay Range: $63.24-$71.24
