Job Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Probate Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in our law firm, as the ideal candidate will have a strong background in probate procedures and estate administration, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in handling probate and estate matters for clients
• Prepare and file probate documents with the appropriate courts
• Communicate effectively with supervising attorneys on case statuses and updates
• Maintain case files and ensure all deadlines are met
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Probate Paralegal/Legal Assistant
• Proficiency in probate procedures and estate administration
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
