Carolina Family Estate Planning is looking for a motivated and experienced Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join our growing team. We are deeply committed to work-life balance, offering you the opportunity to assist clients in navigating the probate process and collaborating with them to create customized estate plans that provide peace of mind for their futures.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and revise estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Advise clients on tax minimization strategies and asset protection
- Conduct client meetings to understand their unique needs and goals
- Navigate the estate and trust administration process with our clients
- Clearly and concisely communicate complex legal concepts
- Stay current on developments in estate planning law
- Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to provide comprehensive legal services
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $95,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
- Incentive-based compensation opportunities for exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics

Qualifications:
- Licensed North Carolina attorney with at least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, or estate and trust administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
- Proficient in legal research and writing
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Hybrid (Remote and in-office in Cary, NC)
- Typical hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshops
