Salary: $190,000 - $280,000 per year

Job Details
We are seeking a talented attorney with 6-10+ years of experience in probate administration and litigation to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on sophisticated and impactful trusts and estates matters for high-net-worth clients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Role Focus
This position is centered on handling complex probate matters and litigation, including:
Probate Administration: Guiding clients through estate administration processes, including managing all aspects of estate settlement, tax filings, and asset distributions.
Litigation: Representing clients in probate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and contested guardianship proceedings.
Courtroom Experience: Managing trials, court appearances, and hearings with a focus on delivering successful outcomes in contentious matters.
Client Engagement: Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring seamless management of their legal needs.
Collaboration: Working with a team of experienced trusts and estates partners and associates across multiple offices to deliver exceptional client service.
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following:
Experience: Strong background in probate administration and litigation, including significant courtroom and trial experience.
Skills: Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
Credentials: Outstanding academic credentials and a proven record of success in a similar role.
Licensure: Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
Client Focus: A demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients, particularly in high-net-worth and complex estate matters.
