· Responsible for screening, evaluating, and treatment of residents needing services.
· Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of treatment staff.
· Evaluates results of therapy.
· Complete discharge planning.
Therapist (PT, OT, SLP) Minimum Qualifications:
· Occupational Therapist(OT), Physical Therapist (PT) Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in good standing.
