Hours and Location:
+ Hill Country Rx Pharmacy Location: 1201 Industrial St, Redding, CA 96002
+ Pharmacy Operational Hours: M-F 8 am to 5 pm
How You’ll Make an Impact:
+ As a PRN Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll contribute to a community’s well-being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.
+ Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy counseling services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence.
+ Build effective relationships to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients.
+ Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development.
+ Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more.

What You’ll Bring:
Basic Qualifications:
+ Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
+ Successful completion of state pharmacy board examination
+ Pharmacist license current and in good standing in California.
+ A growth mindset and maintain any continuing education requirements.
+ Working experience/knowledge in the practice of pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 3 years’ experience in the practice of pharmacy
+ 340B experience
+ Retail Pharmacy experience preferred.
+ Experience working with underserved patient communities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
+ Must be able to commute and work at this Hill Country Rx Pharmacy site daily.
+ This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds.
+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
+ Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes.

_Compensation will vary based on region. For the state of CA only, expected hourly range is $41.50 to $66 ranges._
