PRN Dietitian - Cherish Hospice

Cherish Hospice is seeking a PRN Dietitian.

PRN Dietitian Responsibilities:

·         Provide direct dietary assessment of patient.

·         Provide education to patient and caregivers regarding diet management.

·         Appropriately report changes and document pertinent information and care rendered to patient to ensure continuity of care.

·         Provide counseling and education to IDG, nursing staff and physician, as appropriate.

PRN Dietitian Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related subjects, preferred.

·         Current State Driver’s License.

·         Two years of experience as a Dietician in a clinical care setting, hospice or home health preferred.

·         Ability to establish a plan of care to meet the dietary needs of the patient.
