Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant passionate about making a difference in seniors' lives? Venza Care is seeking a PRN COTA to join our vibrant rehabilitation team in Phenix City, AL. This is your opportunity to directly impact patients' independence and quality of life in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
$35.00 - $40.00/hour based on experience

What You’ll Do:
- Implement creative treatment plans for daily living activities
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and ADL training
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
- Current state COTA certification
- Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity in adapting activities to patient needs
