PRN Certified Nurse Aide - Oncology/Nephrology - Day/Evening/Night. - WellSpan Health Services.

**Position:** Certified Nurse Aide – Medical Surgical 3 East (Oncology/Nephrology)

**Unit:** 27-bed unit focusing on renal and oncology care.

**Schedule:** PRN, minimum 24 hours off shift every 6 weeks, including 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Role:** Integral part of the patient care team, performing delegated tasks from licensed nurses while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

**Responsibilities:**

Communicate effectively with nursing staff.

Maintain a clean and safe environment.

Document patient care accurately.

Assist with patient mobility and equipment maintenance.

Support new personnel orientation.

Respond to emergencies and patient needs proactively.

**Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent.

Completion of a certified nurse aide course.

CPR certification and state certification required.

**Experience:** Customer service skills and previous CNA or LPN experience preferred.
