PRN Certified Nurse Aide - Med Surg - Day/Evening/Night. - WellSpan Health Services.

**Position:** Certified Nurse Aide – 2 East - Surgical

**Unit:** 30-bed surgical unit focusing on orthopedics, urology, and bariatric care.

**Schedule:** PRN, minimum of 24 hours every 6 weeks, including 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Role:** Integral part of the patient care team, performing delegated tasks under licensed nurses, while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

**Responsibilities:**

• Communicate effectively with nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Assist with patient mobility and equipment maintenance.
• Support new personnel orientation.
• Respond to emergencies and patient needs proactively.

**Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent, completion of a CNA or LPN course, CPR certification, and Pennsylvania state certification required. Previous CNA or LPN experience preferred.
