The Private Dining Specialist serves as the liaison between the Event Sales Manager and Restaurant Operations Team to ensure all parties have a detailed understanding of scheduled events, food and beverage menus, room set up, and each client’s expectations. Reports to the Private Events Sales Manager and General Manager of Restaurants.
- Communicates with the sales team and clients to meet all requests
- Coordinates client requests in a timely manner
- Develops menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) together with the store team for private dining events
- Assists with on-site private event production from start to finish as needed
- Follows up on special orders with management staff and kitchen
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
- 1+ year in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or retail experience
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Detail-oriented in writing and physical spaces
Job Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and be mobile for periods up to 4 hours in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
The Hourly rate is $18.00-$20.00
