Job Details
We are seeking a highly qualified Staff Attorney to join our premier Private Credit Department, working from our Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, New York, or Washington, DC office.
At least 3-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience.
Demonstrated lending experience (borrower's side exposure is a plus).
General experience with various financing transactions, including:
Cash flow deals
Acquisitions
Leveraged buyouts
Recapitalizations
Additional experience with asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts is a plus.
Excellent academic credentials, strong communication and analytical skills, and a client-team focused work ethic are required. If you are a qualified candidate, please include your resume and a copy of your law school transcript with your application.
