Join us in taking the first step toward creating a future that combines a diverse, challenging work environment with financial security and career satisfaction. **We are the perfect fit if you:** + are seeking a progressive work environment at a rapidly growing organization + have a desire to help others protect their future + have an entrepreneurial spirit and are challenged by the opportunity to grow the business + are focused on learning and development to enhance your industry knowledge and expertise + are a self-starter willing to invest time and energy to learn the technical aspects of our business + believe in integrity and building success by developing relationships with others **Here's Where You Come In** Our Private Client Team group is currently seeking an Account Executive to provide insurance and risk management consultation for high net worth clients. + Manages an assigned book of high-net worth personal insurance clients with personal insurance portfolios of varying size and complexity. + Work to establish and grow substantive relationships with existing clients to deliver an excellent client experience. + Work with Commercial Insurance colleagues, as appropriate, to meet client needs and service expectations. + Schedules and conducts face to face & virtual meetings with clients for annual reviews. Reviews will analyze and evaluate clients' current insurance and providing feedback and suggestions on program improvement. + Achieves assigned annual financial metrics focused on retention. + Understands carrier underwriting appetite and effectively use rating software to market accounts with various carriers prepare and present proposals, as needed. + Reviewing accurate information on all clients by documenting EPIC and updating client information in our agency management system accordingly. + Additional responsibilities will include cross sell initiatives into your managed book of business as well as on an individual basis. + Expected to work out of Eugene, OR Office at least two days a week. **You're great at:** + At least 3-7 years of experience in related position + Understanding of the Private Client marketplace + A Property & Casualty Insurance license + Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment + Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite + Insurance designation preferred (CPRIA, CPCU, ARM, CIC) + EPIC experience preferred **Here's what we can offer:** At HUB, we believe in giving our employees the room and space they need to do their job.
