Overview:
We are seeking a professional, personal driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services for an executive and their family. The job duties of this position would include driving the family to and from appointments, school, extracurriculars, the airport, and more as requested.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of executive-level service, possess excellent driving skills, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Position Type/Schedule: Full time position with the flexibility required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed/requested
Responsibilities:
Transportation Services:
● Driving the family members to desired locations as requested such as meetings, appointments, social events, and personal errands
● Plan routes in advance to ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering traffic, road closures, and other factors that could affect drive time
● Always maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle including fueling and routine maintenance checks
Executive Support:
● Provide exceptional customer service to the executive and their family, including assisting with loading and unloading possessions and opening doors
● Remain flexible and accommodating to changes in schedule or itinerary, adapting plans as necessary to meet the needs of the clients’ requests
Professionalism / Discretion:
● Exhibit professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions with the executive and their family
● Always maintain polished appearance and professional demeanor, representing the employer in a positive and respectful manner
Requirements:
● Valid personal driver's license and clean driving record
● Valid license or permit to transport passengers
● Excellent knowledge of local roads, highways, and traffic patterns
● Prior experience as a personal driver is required
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to work during evenings and on weekends as required – Flexibility required
● Discretion and confidentiality are paramount, with the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost care and professionalism
