Monday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM.


Job Purpose:

The Printing Press Helper plays a critical role in supporting the printing operations at Vivid Impact. This position is responsible for assisting in various printing tasks, ensuring the production of high-quality products efficiently and cost-effectively, while adhering to customer specifications and company policies.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

• Check with the Manager or Press Operator at the start of each shift to obtain specific work assignments.
• Ensure that all tasks are performed with precision to produce products of the highest quality and in the correct quantities.
• Manage materials needed for production, such as obtaining and loading skids according to established procedures.
• Take on special projects as assigned, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Complete and maintain all necessary paperwork, records, and documents.
• Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the department.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation experience within a manufacturing environment required.
• Comfortable with mechanical tasks and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and endure frequent bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift. Requires manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow basic instructions, written specifications, and procedures in English. Effective communication with team members is essential.
• Basic mathematical capability for handling job-related calculations.
• Must have a keen attention to detail and a focus on task accuracy.
