Description
SUMMARY
ARC Document Solutions is currently seeking a Production Operator to work in our Indianapolis,
IN service center.
We are seeking a candidate who is a proactive self-starter with a great attitude. In this role you
will work directly with customers to receive, process and finish large format and small format
color print orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Receive, processes, and maintain orders for printing and finishing services from
individuals or departments and prioritizes work assignments based on such criteria as
customer needs, workload, and machine capabilities
• Learn to operate a variety of print production and scanning equipment.
• Examines original hard copy documents and/or digital files for completeness and
defects.
• Works with managing supervisor to ensure efficient workflow & job completion.
• Complete paperwork for the billing process.
• Perform any other tasks, duties, or functions directed by the Production or Branch
Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
• Computer knowledge with the ability to learn required software technologies and
procedures.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow work orders and document specifications accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail, an eye for color, and a positive attitude in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• The ability to lift up to 52 lbs.
Work Schedule: M - F 8am-4pm
