Print Operator Multiple Shifts - Spherion

Spherion Staffing, in partnership with the area's leading print manufacturer is searching for motivated temporary Press Operators to join our team! This is a full-time opportunity offering flexible hours on either the 1st or 2nd shift. In this role, you'll play a vital part in our mailing operations, setting up and operating machinery to insert statements and other materials into envelopes. They offer competitive pay between $15-$17 per hour and a clean, well-lit, and safe work environment!

Responsibilities:
Operating a variety of printing equipment, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality output.
Setting up jobs according to work orders and maintaining accurate production records.
Loading and unloading paper stock and printed materials.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, prioritizing safety.
Inspecting printed materials for quality and identifying any potential issues.
Working collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment (a plus, not required).
Basic understanding of printing processes.

Qualifications:
A strong desire to learn and a knack for following instructions precisely.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A reliable work ethic and a willingness to learn new things.
