Our client, the nation’s largest retailer, is searching for a Principal UX Designer – Front End/Store to work on the store experiences team and set the vision for the best customer and associate experiences and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to leverage the collective creativity. You’ll employ your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to cross-functional partners and the leadership team. While working with partners to determine a shared plan forward that balances business and technology considerations, you’ll craft experiences that are intuitive to use and accessible for all.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and at least 5-7 years of experience in product design.
