Job Title: Principal Team Leader – Fleet Safety & Compliance

Overview: Lead the development and implementation of Chick-fil-A Supply's Fleet Safety & Compliance programs within the Safety, Quality, and Compliance (SQC) function.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fleet safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Train and educate team members on safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fleet safety and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
