Job Title: Principal Team Leader Fleet Safety & Compliance
Overview: Lead the development and implementation of Chick-fil-A Supply's Fleet Safety & Compliance programs within the Safety, Quality, and Compliance (SQC) function.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fleet safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
- Train and educate team members on safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fleet safety and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
