We are seeking a Principal Signal Processing Engineer to join our systems team in Aurora, CO. This role involves providing technical direction to software development teams, performing analyses, and defining system interfaces. Candidates should have experience in Agile methodologies, Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), RF domains, and algorithm development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop algorithms and prototypes
• Support software development in an Agile environment
• Engage with customers and end-users
• Brief program management on status

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in STEM and 8+ years of experience
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Experience in algorithm development, SIGINT, and RF domains

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Xmidas
• Agile software development experience
• Strong communication skills
• Systems Engineering leadership experience

Salary Range: $96,000 - $200,000, based on experience and qualifications.
