**Responsibilities**
+ Contribute to an inclusive, creative, high-performance problem-solving team culture by working through others and building consensus
+ Develop features across client,web,and server stacks
+ Provide technical leadership for the team across features, projects, service fundamentals and tools
+ Coach, mentor and grow engineers across GPX
+ Build effective working relationships internally and externally with varying levels of collaborators and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups
**Qualifications**
Required
+ 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
+ 5+ years of demonstrated programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, and/or C#
+ Outstanding cross-discipline and cross-group collaboration skills
+ Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills
+ Growth mindset with a desire to experience, learn and adapt to challenging situations
+ BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
+ Proficient in English - both written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
+ Experience working within geographically dispersed, diverse, and virtualteams
+ Experience with developing and operating ecommerce platforms
+ Experience working with front-end technologies at scale
+ Experience with back-end or microservices development
