Responsibilities:Position Summary:
The Principle Radiologic Technologist performs a full range of general and diagnostic radiologic procedures (x-ray’s) and Mammography screening and diagnostic procedures of the breast. Develops and evaluates x-ray’s and mammogram images for high quality radiographs and performs a variety of tasks including QA/QC. Acts as a technical resource for the department.

Required Qualifications:
- Rad Tech Fluoroscopy Permit
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- Must meet MQSA Technologist Requirements
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
- CRT in both Radiologic and Mammography
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- ARRT in both Radiologic and Mammography
Preferred Qualifications:
- Venipuncture Certification
- Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
- Advanced certifications and licensures in other imaging modalities
Licenses and Certifications:
- RTFP
- CRT
- BLS
- ARRT
