Job Description
- Prepare, develop, and coordinate integrated master plans and schedules to meet program objectives.
- Ensure major project schedules and plans are integrated across the enterprise.
- Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques.
- Evaluate schedule compliance and identify reasons for completion shortfalls.
- Provide key analytics on performance improvements across current processes.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or related field with 14+ years of related experience (higher education may substitute).
- Relevant experience may substitute for required education.
- Experience in resource leveling, validating remaining work, resolving critical path conflicts, and analyzing schedule impacts of proposed changes.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Conduct stakeholder learning sessions.
- Understand Program Management Processes.
- Knowledge of DoD, government contracting, and public auditing standards.
- Build and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Develop Event and Product-based schedules.
- Create Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Maintain resource-loaded schedules, perform detailed analysis, rolling wave planning, health assessments, risk assessments, and critical path analysis.
- Understand Mil Standard 881.
- Apply Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis.
- Perform Schedule Performance and Health Metric Analysis.
- Knowledge of engineering design and life cycle concepts.
