We are seeking an experienced principal program manager to join the team. This is also an opportunity to be a founding member. We require an innovative thinker with a track record of driving transformational change with an unparalleled ability to communicate (written and oral), orchestrate and deliver complex projects across numerous stakeholders.
This role requires an individual with personal drive, a desire to roll up their sleeves and make things happen; a technical program manager with exceptional attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced role with executive visibility.
**Responsibilities**
Our team works directly with a Fortune 10 company and most, if not all Azure services. This is a highly visible, customer and field facing role. Our work will be project-driven, covering many different technologies, and anticipating the future needs to build what's next with multi-horizon initiatives. The principal program manager role will focus on:
+ Engineering Excellence: Understand the customer requirements, translate these into feature asks per service team and track through completion. Drive and land the feature work, understanding how it aligns and contributes to the goals of each service team and the customer.
+ Orchestrate and lead multiple initiatives across the entire global customer and serve as an engineering liaison between the customer, field and industry teams.
+ Tailored communication verbal and written, with technical and business acumen for a broad set of stakeholders, including exec and technical.
+ Multi-horizon planning - Ability to identify opportunities and initiatives at the customer and develop the idea with the requisite service area for business case development, costing and planning.

**Qualifications**
+ 8+ years of experience in managing engineering projects, program management with a track record of building new programs and/or transforming businesses.
+ Product thought leadership with technical curiosity and aptitude to learn quickly.
+ Customer experience, coordinating complex technical requirements with engineering to develop products, along with outbound and inbound communication skills.
+ Extensive knowledge of Azure and its services. Additional knowledge with GCP preferred.
+ Project Management skills and experienced with Azure Dev Ops.
+ Deep ethos and understanding of customer needs by which to gather research on articulated and unarticulated needs.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
