We are looking to have a Principal Product Manager to join our team. This role will lead a team which crafts product strategy, engages customers, writes specs, sketches mockups, shepherds product execution, and defines how features roll-out. You will be an expert on our products, the landscape, and our customers' needs. And you wlll also work across engineering, design, research, data, and customer teams to build and launch new product experiences.? Further, you will have the opportuity to develop these skills and competencies in your team.

+ Combine your deep technical and product expertise with your understanding of customer needs to empower organizations to solve complex business challenges with Power Apps.?
+ As a member of the product engineering team, use your skills to improve our services, based on customer feedback and insights gained while supporting them.?
+ Lead a team of talented product managers to scale adoption of the Power Platform
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years people management experience.
+ 5+ years of experience in designing and launching enterprise-scale products targeted at low-code developers and/or IT professionals.
**Other Requirements:**
+ Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:?
+ Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
**Preferred Qualifications:** ?
+ Experience in designing and launching complex products targeted at developers, machine learning professionals, or a similar audience.
+ Experience in working with MS productivity tools such as: SharePoint, PowerBI, and Dynamics 365.?
+ Experience in program management, project management or cross-group collaboration skills.?
+ Experience understanding backend cloud services and web stack technologies.?
Product Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
