We're currently seeking a motivated Principal Product Manager to join our global team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in defining and communicating the strategic direction of our current and future products. From conception to launch and beyond, you'll be at the forefront of product development, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market.
This hybrid-remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various departments including sales, marketing, finance, and senior management to achieve revenue and profit goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to identify new market and solution opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive gaps to drive strategic growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling market presentations and financial analyses.
- Represent our solutions at industry events and forums.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and validate solution strategies and roadmaps.
- Drive solution pricing, distribution strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Provide leadership in strategic planning for the Product Management Team.
- Manage product lifecycles, revenue, and profitability objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including industry associations and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 10+ years of related experience in product management.
- Experience in Mortgage/Home Equity, Real Estate, Financial Services, or Banking industries preferred.
- Strong project management and customer engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to understand complex business concepts and make strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining effective relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with Agile or similar project development methodologies preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pragmatic Marketing certification.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Master's Degree.
