Your Impact on our Mission
As a Principal Product Designer on the Provider Team, you'll immerse yourself deeply in understanding how providers get set up on Zocdoc and manage their bookings. With a bias towards action, you'll build a product roadmap with your cross-functional partners and identify how to best deliver iterative value to progress towards a forward-looking vision. Your proven track record in product strategy, honed design skills, and high bar for quality will serve as inspiration of what great design leadership looks like— other designers will turn to you for mentorship and company leaders will vye to have you as a thought partner.

- Full ownership of end to end provider experiences: from inception to execution
- Building and fostering relationships with key cross-functional partners and senior leadership

You'll be successful in this role if you have…
- Meaningful (7+ years) experience in product design and a strong design portfolio that showcases your design process, problem-solving skills, craft, and ability to create exceptional user experiences
- The mentality of an entrepreneur/owner and a strong bias to action
- A fundamental understanding of core design and prototyping tools like Figma, Framer, or InVision
- Superb communication skills! You believe in keeping all of your stakeholders in the loop and know that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success
