Role Overview:
As an Advanced Computing Practice Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our practice, collaborating on go-to-market strategies, and fostering relationships with key partners. Your expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), high performance compute (HPC), and machine learning (ML) technologies will empower our team and enhance our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored for the Financial Services industry verticals, including the creation of essential materials such as Statement of Work templates, technical training curriculum, and sales enablement tools.
- Drive the development and implementation of vertical-specific solutions for AI, HPC, and ML workloads, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry trends.
- Lead technical peer review sessions and establish quality standards for advanced computing proposals.
- Act as a subject matter expert during strategic customer engagements, providing insights and guidance on advanced computing solutions.
- Conduct specialized trainings for both internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor offerings, leveraging this knowledge to inform our strategic direction and enhance our competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years' experience in solution development within the focus technology domain.
- Strong technical proficiency in HPC and AI infrastructure design, with hands-on experience in GPU solutions, high performance networking, Linux, and workload scheduling.
- Demonstrated success in building and selling advanced computing solutions, particularly within the Financial Services sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, think creatively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
- Knowledge of Python, C/C++, Bash, and Linux utilities preferred.
- Familiarity with GPU workloads, Kubernetes, InfiniBand, and hybrid cloud solutions desirable.
