Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team and oversee the development of the company's platform.
- Collaborate with the product leader to execute ideas and meet project deadlines.
- Take initiative and be proactive in managing projects and setting goals.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Bring new ideas to the table and contribute to the overall vision of the company.
- Be familiar with the tech stack, including .NET, Azure, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Note that in this role, you are responsible for the delivery of the product on deadlines
- Familiarity with the tech stack, including .NET, Azure, and React.
- Experience in building web apps or websites from scratch to production.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive and takes initiative in managing projects.
- Understanding of software development and the ability to learn new technologies.
- Ideally located in Austin, Texas, or willing to work in the office at least once or twice a week.
