Sabre is seeking a Principal Compensation Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team. The team provides global support on compensation and benefits related matters to various organizations within Sabre. This role will have a significant impact to the engagement and well-being of Sabre’s team members. Success in the role will be determined by the ability to distill external reference points along with internal data to identify, communicate and help data-driven recommendations that will drive efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead the Total Rewards "Center of Excellence" (COE) and will partner with Global and Regional HR leaders and business leaders to implement and drive standard processes and procedures regarding Executive Compensation and Equity programs.
+ Supervise and oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the company's equity programs and ensure that the company follows all compensation laws and regulations.
+ Oversee the comprehensive proxy analysis to benchmark executive compensation and inform program design.
+ Lead the preparation of the annual proxy statement and other executive compensation disclosures.
+ Partner with the legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
+ Manage the administration of executive compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.
+ Oversee the administration of equity plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and other equity-based awards.
+ Collaborate with finance, legal, and tax departments to ensure cost and tax efficiency of compensation programs.
+ Conduct market analysis to benchmark executive compensation and equity offerings against industry standards.
+ Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings and provide support for executive compensation disclosures in proxy statements.
+ Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compensation data for internal analysis and external disclosure.
+ Advise senior executives and HR partners on compensation matters, including policy interpretation and program design.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of executive compensation trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must Have Skills:
+ Minimum of 8 years of executive compensation and equity administration experience, with at least 10 years of total Human Resources experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, or other relevant discipline knowledge of HR best practices and compliance
+ Relevant certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) are advantageous.
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management and staff.
+ Strong project management experience with knowledge of full project life cycle, including business process design, documentation, execution, and change management.
+ Demonstrated experience building strong client relationships.
Desired Skills:
+ In-depth knowledge of executive compensation and equity administration.
+ Experience with compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
+ Familiarity with tax and accounting implications of compensation programs.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
