Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet all regulatory and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the application of best practices and advanced engineering techniques.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior civil engineering role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Expertise in grading, drainage, land planning, and site development.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
