The Workplace Investing AI Delivery Engineering Chapter team is seeking a Machine Learning / Gen AI engineer to design, implement and improve technical solutions for AI ML solutions in the healthcare.u00A0

The Expertise and Skills You Bringu00A0

• Solid Experience (8+ years) as a Machine Learning engineer building feature engineering pipelines, deploying AI models, and optimizing model inference.u00A0u00A0

• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.u00A0

• Solid experience with developing python-based APIs needed (FastAPI / Flask).u00A0

• Experience in designing and implementing graph data models that capture complex relationships, ensuring efficient querying and traversal.u202Fu00A0

• Experience working with security, data, and AI pipeline technologies (RDS/Postgres, Snowflake, Airflow) and infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Python, Ansible, CFT).u00A0u00A0

• Demonstrated work experience using AWS services: Deploy the models in Sagemaker, cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or RDS for analytics data hosting. EC2/EKS compute set-up.u00A0

• Experience working with development & deployment tools like Jenkins, Github, Artifactory, Sonar, etc.u00A0

• Excellent SQL skills required and experience performing deep data analysis on multiple database platforms.u00A0

• Experience working on ML model monitoring, observability and performance testing.u00A0

• Experience with working on Gen AI solutions with Large Language Models, LangChain, Llama Index, Prompt Engineering and Fine tuning.u00A0u00A0

• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.u00A0

u202FAs the AI Solution Lead, you ll drive cutting-edge solutions across various AI applications, including recommendation systems, healthcare guidance, and information extraction using large language models (LLMs).
