Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience managing digital marketing/advertising campaigns, and managing relationships with clients, customers, or agencies.
- 2 years of experience working in an evolving organization.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role without direct reports or 1 year of experience in a people management or team leader role.
- Experience with DV360 platform account management, as well as campaign strategy, planning, set up optimization, and troubleshooting/escalation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain knowledge of DV360 and the programmatic landscape, and serve as thought leader to clients around evolving advertising landscape and programmatic opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time.
- Plan and achieve business growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet marketing objectives.
- Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Manage Google Adverting platform training, media planning, and execution of Display, 3P Video, YouTube, and CTV campaigns.
