The Server provides an exceptional dining experience through all phases of dining, including order taking, maintaining tables and processing checks for payment for guest(s) at Prime Cut Fine Dining restaurant.

Greets guests promptly upon their seating, maintaining a cheerful, courteous demeanor and a professional image. Provides personalized service and uses guests’ names and preferences when known.

Accurately enters food and beverage orders into the point of sale (POS) system. Delivers prepared food to the appropriate guest upon production of the order.

Completes assigned side work as directed.

Familiar with the casino property amenities, current and upcoming events and promotions in order to effectively assist guests with related questions.
