The Counselor Assistant/Case Manager will primarily be responsible for the case plan of patients who are admitted to Adult Outpatient (ADOP). The Counselor Assistant/Case Manager will work with the lead counselor for chemical dependency counseling, case management, and treatment planning for patients..
Counselor Assistant/Case Manager Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. First hand experience with a twelve-step recovery program or comparable experience required
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human services or behavioral science with some paid volunteer clinical experience or internship in the field of chemical dependency treatment, or equivalent preferred
- Valid State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification required
