This is a traditional outpatient primary care position that will support patients from Marysville, Lake Stevens, and the surrounding areas. **Flexible schedule options available!** **$100,000 incentive available for well-qualified physicians.** **Position Details:** + Outpatient Primary Care including office consults, annual visits, follow up appointments and in office procedures. + Work life balance with flexible schedules to choose from including 4 Day work week options + Strong Medical Assistants, RNs, and Clinical support + Onsite specialists and ancillary services + Call is light and shared | Triage RN call + Clinic has onsite lab, x-ray, and a walk-in-clinic **Required Qualifications:** + Unrestricted WA Physician License or the ability to obtain prior to start + Current DEA certificate required prior to start date + BE/BC Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds + New graduates are encouraged to apply + Current BLS, ACLS certification + EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred **Washington Residents Only:** The salary range for Washington residents is $256,997 to $364,843. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
