Primary Care Physician - Part-time - Physician Affiliate Group of New York

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a part-time Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. Accommodating more than 250,000 outpatient visits, and more than 15,000 inpatient admissions annually. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College Of Osteopathic Medicine.

• Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population 
• Academic position which includes teaching residents and fellows 
• Teaching position where day is split between direct patient care and precepting housestaff of faculty 
• Clinical support staff on-site (Pharmacist, Community Health Workers, Dietician, Social Workers)
• Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
• Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Bilingual Spanish or Cantonese a plus
